| I normally wear a size 10 and have wider feet, but ordered based on other reviews. The 9.5 in these fit me perfectly with tights/ hose, and I think will be fine with thinner socks too. The closure is velcro and therefore adjustable. The hickory is a rich, dark brown color that goes with everything. Good arch support, but not too much. These are very comfortable and are so cute on. They are pretty casual, but within that, work with jeans/ pants as well as casual skirts. After I received my first pair, I ordered two more pairs of the exact same shoe, as I like them so much and have been looking for cute, comfortable Mary Janes that aren't frumpy/ dowdy for a long time. These were exactly what I was looking for. |

| The shoes I ordered were a size 9. But, when i got them they were a UK size 40.5 / 9. Most shoes that are size UK 9 are a 39. So, I ordered the size 8.5 and got a perfect fit. The shoes are the most comfortable Born's I have ever owned. And this is my 4th pair. They look beautiful on as dressy casual or casual. The sides of the shoes bend and on the first wear have a slightly lighter color on the leather from the bend in the shoe when you walk. The shoes have a disclaimer inside about the leather changing in appearance after wear to a more pebbly look. If you have had Borns before, you know that that is normal. |

| I am very happy with these shoes. They are light and comfortable, and have easy on/off. At first, I thought I couldn't wear them because the insoles have such high hard ridges, but all it took was getting used to the feel. They are very comfortable, but you have to get used to them. It is not a break-in issue, just a new feel. |

| I was pleased to fine these at Sierra since I already owned a pair in another color. These are a light weight flat that are great for traveling since they have enough support for walking, and can be quickly removed in the airport security line. Work with both jeans and skirts. |

| Needed no break-in time. Have had size problems with this brand before, but not so with this pair. The cute style caused me to try again and I'm so glad. Love these. |
