This is a wonderful boot! However the bottoms are a little thin but, nothing an insole can not fix. They are very comfortable for all day wear. I wore them all day two days after I got them with no breaking in time and they were great. I feel they are true to size and width but have no arch support. I need orthopedic insoles for my arches but I could not part with the boots. Still very comfortable. Love Zappos they are the best; I have a narrow size 13 and it has been a fight most of my life to find a shoe that fits and is comfortable. (Not to mention look like a woman's shoe.) The free shipping is the icing on the cake, with Zappos you are covered both ways!

Comfortable but not high quality - I was disappointed when I received these shoes - they were obviously worn before I got them - the heels were worn down and toes were scuffed up. But I tried them on anyway to see if I liked them, which I did. Zappos was great - they immediately exchanged the boots for me and upgraded me to free 1-day shipping, which is nice! Overall, the boot is comfortable, very roomy, which is good because you'll need to add an insole. Annie shoes are very affordable but don't expect them to last more than a season or two!

Very pleased. I ordered a "9W" and when I took the boots out of the box, they looked "narrow" and I thought "no way are they going to fit me, they're going to be tight and uncomfortable." But the surprise was that they went on like a slipper and are very comfortable and stylish. I bought them in black and brown! And in addition, I know I can trust Zappos for fine quality, reasonable pricing, and great service because that is what they gave me.

I LOVE this boot. I looked for a year for high-heel wellies. These are incredibly comfortable, super cute, and fun fun fun. I bought them in red and had a blast wearing them 4 times - lots of compliments from other people. And then the plastic broke. I got a 3 inch tear on the seam at the front of the shoe. Not worth it for 4 wears.

Dresses up nicely - I wore this boot with black velvet pants to a Celtic Thunder concert in Chicago in December. The boots are gorgeous! The more pointed toe is dressy enough to wear with almost anything. The embossed fabric adds even more class. These boots slogged through 6" of snow and didn't get waterlogged or slippery. I love these boots! They are so comfortable!

Great pair of boots! Being a shorter person I wanted a little higher boot, but one that I could actually walk in. These were perfect! They gave me the height I wanted without sacrificing comfort.

LOVE THEM! They are so good looking and feel like slippers! I have a very wide foot, and the toe box fits great, and I still get the fashionable "pointy toe".
